Memorium II

 

Memorium II was premiered by the Brussels Philharmonic on Sunday, January 30th at the Théâtre Royal de Mons in Belgium, 16h.

The fourth edition of the Young Composers’ Forum - [tactus] took place in Brussels and Mons in January 2011 and was graced by the presence of maestri Michel Tabachnik, Julian Anderson, Jean-Paul Dessy, Claude Ledoux, Bruno Mantovani, Augusta Read Thomas, Erkki-Sven Tüür, Luc Van Hove, Peter Swinnen.

In early November, the pre-selection committee nominated the following 12 young composers to take part in next year’s forum:
